Claim and assistance services for new Swisscare plans
The EXPATLINE international plan and STUDENTPASS international, finland, estonia and spain has from the 01.01.2017 new plans with a new risk carrier that manage also the claims, and a new assistance line in the new terms and conditions.
For EXPATLINE, this concern only the clients who decide to renew with the new Swisscare Expatline plan. For STUDENTPASS this concerns all person who choose to apply a new insurance from 01.01.2017

All clients with an active plan that is not renewed or a new subscription still continue to be managed by the current TPA and assistance stipulated in their terms and conditions.
