Arriving in Portugal by Plane
The following countries or regions are allowed to enter Portugal for essential and non-essential travel.

Travelers must show a RT-PCR Test (or similar NAAT test) - 72h before boarding, or Rapid Antigen Test - 48h before boarding, or a valid EU Digital COVID Certificate and fill in the Passenger Locator Card (individually) before departure.
Only essential travel is allowed for people traveling from Brazil, India, Nepal, and South Africa.
Travelers from the UK are allowed to enter Portugal for essential and nonessential reasons under certain conditions.
Arriving in Portugal by Road/Train
People traveling from Brazil, India, Nepal, and South Africa during the last 14 days are only allowed to enter for essential reasons. In addition, there is a 14-days quarantine and mandatory registration at https://travel.sef.pt before entering.
