The Spanish government has updated its list of risk countries as of December 20th, as follows:
All travelers coming from a HIGH-RISK country to Spain must present the SpTH QR code and a negative SARS-CoV-2 test regardless of having a vaccination or recovery certificate.
All areas included in brackets are considered to be at risk. If no areas are specified, the whole country is considered at risk:
