Current travel situation

 

EU, the Schengen Area, the UK, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, and the Vatican

Individuals from the following countries can enter Estonia without any further measures: 

  • Holy See

  • Spain 

 

Travelers from the following countries, who are not vaccinated, or have not been infected before, must either be tested at the border or show a negative test certificate or test when crossing the border:

  • Italy

  • Malta

  • Monaco

  • Portugal 

  • France

  • Sweden

  • Finland 

 

Travelers from the following countries, who are not vaccinated or have not been infected before, must undergo ten days of self-quarantine. The self-quarantine can be shortened if a second test is done not earlier than the sixth day after the first test. Additionally, a negative rest certificate or rest at the border is required when crossing the border:

  • Austria

  • Belgium

Third countries in Annex 1 recommended by the EU

Unvaccinated or uninfected travelers from the following countries and territories are allowed to enter Estonia for tourism reasons without further restrictions:

 

  • Argentina

  • Bahrain 

  • Colombia 

  • Indonesia 

  • Kuwait 

  • Namibia 

  • New Zealand 

  • Peru 

  • Qatar 

  • Rwanda 

  • Saudi Arabia 

  • South Korea 

  • Taiwan

  • United Arab Emirates

 

Unvaccinated/uninfected travelers from the following countries can enter Estonia for tourism but must undergo a 10-day quarantine. The self-quarantine can be shortened if a second test is required not earlier than the sixth day after the first test.

  • Canada

  • Uruguay
