Denmark - the regions of Hovedstaden and the Faroe Islands

The Maldives.

The Netherlands - the whole of the Netherlands (including Sint Maarten) - except for the overseas parts of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Aruba, and Curacao
