As of July 27th, 20212 Spain and the Netherlands are considered as High incidence areas by the German Government. Moreover, a travelling warning has been issued for non-essential travel to these countries. In general any travellers entering Germany from a high-incidence area are required to immediately quarantine for ten days. For travellers who have proof of vaccination or can prove being fully recovered are not required to quarantine.

High incidence areas are areas with a high risk of infection due to high incidences of the spread of COVID-19:

Georgia is now considered a high incidence area.

The Netherlands (including the autonomous countries and the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom of the Netherlands) are now considered a high incidence area.

Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands) is now considered a high incidence area.
Simple risk areas are areas with increased COVID-19 infection risk:

Denmark (with the exception of Greenland) is now considered a simple risk area.

France - the regions of Corsica, Occitania, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur and the overseas department of Martinique are now considered simple risk areas.
