The Irish Government has announced the removal of the remaining countries from the list of states under the Mandatory Hotel Quarantine (MHQ).
The Mandatory Hotel Quarantine system has been scaled down progressively over recent months as the designation of a large number of states has been revoked.
The removal of the countries from the Mandatory Hotel Quarantine is in line with the Irish vaccination roll-out and the evolution of the pandemic internationally.
