Estonia has published its new travel restrictions list from 19.07.2021. According to the new regulations, people traveling from everywhere can enter Estonia without restriction if:

 

  • They have previously been infected by the COVID-19 disease and no more than 180 days have passed since the positive result of the test or the date the diagnosis was confirmed by a doctor;

  • They have completed the vaccination against COVID-19, and no more than one year has passed from the date of its completion (Full list)

 

The list of restrictions has been updated as well, and the current list is valid from 19.07 till 25.07.2021. 

 

EU/EEA and the Schengen area

 

Individuals from following countries can enter Estonia without any further measures: 

 

  • Austria 

  • Bulgaria 

  • Croatia 

  • Iceland 

  • Italy 

  • Latvia 

  • Lithuania 

  • Liechtenstein

  • Norway

  • Poland

  • France 

  • Sweden 

  • Romania 

  • Germany 

  • San Marino 

  • Slovakia 

  • Slovenia 

  • Finland 

  • Switzerland 

  • Czech Republic 

  • Hungary 

  • Vatican

 

Individuals from the following countries must show proof of a negative Covid-19 test upon arrival:

 

  • Belgium 

  • Ireland 

  • Greece 

  • Malta 

  • Monaco 

  • Denmark 

 

Individuals from the following countries must show proof of a negative Covid-19 test upon arrival and undergo a 10-day quarantine:
 

  • Andorra

  • Spain

  • Netherlands

  • Cyprus

  • Luxemburg

  • Portugal

  • United Kingdom

 

Third countries

Travelers from the following countries are permitted to travel to Estonia:
