EU/EEA and the Schengen area
Individuals from the following countries can enter Estonia without any further measures:

People from the following countries are allowed to enter Estonia for tourism reasons but must undergo a 10-day quarantine:

People from other countries are only allowed to enter Estonia for work, studying, family reasons, or under a special permit. Proof of a negative test and a 10-day quarantine are mandatory.
