Indemnity transparency IDD 2016/97
The mandate of Swisscare is free of charges for the client. Swisscare earns brokerage fees as agreed under a broker agreement signed with the above insurance companies. The brokerage fees are fixed percentages based on the paid premiums. Swisscare not receive any bonus nor increases of the fixed percentages based on performance. The fixed percentages rates may vary according to the insurance product we selected or developed for our clients. Swisscare is not remunerated on non paid premiums. Swisscare Insurance Services (Switzerland) AG, Chemin de Beaulieu 8, 1752 Villars-Sur-Glâne is a bound agent of the EUROPÄISCHE Reiseversicherungs AG, St. Alban-Anlage 56, Postfach, CH-4002 Basel (Group Helvetia Versicherungen) in the sense of the Federal Insurance Supervision Act (LSA). A registration of Swisscare Insurance Services (Switzerland) AG as an insurance intermediary by the FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) is not required.
